Returns

We want you to love your DAILY SCENTS purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, products must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition.

  • Be returned in the original packaging.

  • Include all accessories, samples, and promotional items received with the order.

  • Show no signs of damage, tampering, or excessive use.

Due to the nature of fragrance products:

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on fragrances that have been substantially used, emptied, or altered after delivery.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective item

  • The wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Defective products

  • Damaged products

  • Incorrect products received

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


Discovery Kits & Samples

Discovery kits and sample products are intended to help customers explore fragrances before purchasing full-size bottles.

For hygiene reasons, discovery kits and samples are non-refundable once opened.

Can I return a fragrance if I don't like the scent?

Fragrance is highly personal. We recommend trying our Discovery Kits before purchasing full-size bottles. Opened fragrances cannot be returned solely based on scent preference.
