At DAILY SCENTS, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently throughout South Africa.


Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During promotional periods, launches, and holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.


Delivery Areas

We currently deliver throughout South Africa.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

We offer FREE shipping on orders over R750.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information where available.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order.


Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, DAILY SCENTS cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Load shedding impacts

  • Courier delays

  • Industrial action

  • Events beyond our control


Incorrect Addresses

If an incorrect shipping address is provided by the customer, DAILY SCENTS cannot guarantee successful delivery.

Additional courier charges may apply if an order needs to be redirected or reshipped.


Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  1. Take photographs of the package and product.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  3. Include your order number and supporting photographs.

We will assess the situation and arrange a suitable resolution.


Lost Parcels

If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work directly with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.


Discovery Kits & Samples

Discovery Kits and sample products are shipped using the same delivery methods as our full-sized fragrances and are packaged to ensure safe arrival.
